The supplier should also offer a comprehensive range of catering consumables that are cost effective, fully functional and sustainable where specified. The supplier should support sustainability, recycling and other initiatives and offer eco-friendly biodegradable products. The aim is to appoint a single pro-active supplier capable of servicing the need of the Trust.
