Suppliers selected will be required to provide a fully comprehensive service, maintenance and repair programme, inclusive of all labour and materials, in accordance with the specification. HC21 aim is to select a minimum of one supplier for each region (North, central and south). However, in the event that supplier (s) submits a competitive bid for numerous regions, supplier (s) will only be successful for a maximum of two regions.
