DVLA requires a secure mail service for the secure transfer of certain DVLA mail between its headquarters in Swansea (at Morriston and Fforestfach) and its remote network workers located at 18 Offices throughout the United Kingdom. These offices support the DVLA's ANPR operators, and Enforcement officers.
