[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Warwickshire CC requires a single provider to deliver a Bail Remand, Intensive Care & Support (BRICS) service, which is to be a fostering service working in partnership with Warwickshire Youth Justice Service (WYJS) to provide children and young people, 10 - 17 years, supervised by WYJS with alternative to custody placements for remand, sentence and rehabilitation into the community from custody. CSE children and young people are aged 8 - 17. The requirement is for four carers for BRICS provision and one carer for CSE: Four specialist foster placements providing up to 192 weeks accommodation per annum as a credible alternative to the use by the courts of youth detention accommodation or for those young people who have or are alleged to have committed serious criminal offences. Additionally these will be to provide accommodation under Section 38(6) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) 1984, as an alternative to secure accommodation. One specialist safeguarding foster placement providing up to 48 weeks accommodation for a young person aged 8 - 17 years inclusive at risk/victim of CSE .
