The material will be delivered to the composting site(s) or associated waste transfer stations by Warrington Borough Council or its associated contractors. The material is to be treated, to produce a compost / soil improver, meeting the quality criteria compliant with BSI PAS100. The contractor must have all necessary licences for receipt, storage and treatment of such waste.
