Works include the provision of new electric, gas and water services from wither 14 Oakholme Road or new connection to the mains, refer to services specification. ### Value £120000 - £160000 Commencement: 03 July 2017 (with a 10 week lead-in for the Glasshouse. (Start onsite 14 August 2017) ### Completion: 10 November 2017 This is open procurement procedure.
