The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract no later than 22.03.2017 with a subsequent commencement onsite date of 03.04.2017. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range £100K - £120K. The estimated Contract period will be for 2 Months. The scope of works for this project includes but not limited to: the replacement of the oil fired central heating boilers to the junior block, the replacement of indirect water heaters and the installation of a new control system to the plantroom.
