## About this tender

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the construction of a new surface car park at the Reigate Town Hall Site.

The car park works include but are not limited to:

- Tarmac Surfacing
- Drainage Installations
- Lighting Installations

Contractors are required to complete the questionnaire prior to submitting their tender docs
