This service is intended to specifically target those young people who would, for various reasons, be considered too vulnerable to sustain a placement in a supported accommodation project and who may require a high level of support. The aim of the service is to reduce the number of young people aged 16 -21 becoming homeless in Wirral, and to help young people that are already homeless, access appropriate accommodation and services.
