This requirement is split into two (2) Lots: - Lot 1 covers the traditional (non-specialist) cleaning of external and internal windows across City, Walsall, Telford Campuses and University of Wolverhampton Science Park. - Lot 2 covers window cleaning to those buildings which require specialist access techniques i.e. rope-access predominantly located at City Campus. The term of the Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing on 01st October 2017 with an optional extension of up to an additional two further twelve (12) month periods.
