Microsoft Service Delivery Manager will facilitate the continual improvement of the SFA and DfE IT infrastructure and operations by delivering: Service Delivery Planning, Incident, Escalation and Crisis Management, Remediation planning, Incident Reporting, Trend Analysis, Post Incidents Reviews, Information distribution and Premier Contract Management. Microsoft Application Development Management (ADM) will support the SFA and DfE's development of solutions on the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure). The ADM will be aligned to the developers accelerate innovation, reduce risk and modernise solutions, aligned to the Department's core business objectives.
