The LLBD Stop Smoking Service offers a 12 week programme to smokers and a regular supply of NRT is a key element to a successful quit programme. The contract will enable the Council to purchase NRT products directly from wholesaler(s) at a discounted rate. The products are in 2 lots: - Lot 1 Nicorette or equivalent - Lot 2 NiQuitin or equivalent ### Wholesale bidders can bid for both lots The contract award will be split into two lots with an award to one successful wholesaler per Lot.
