The project comprises the construction of a new 4 storey, circa 5,366m2 GIA building to accommodate the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing on an existing car park. The contractor will be selected through a Single Stage Tender for a Design and Build Contract. Coventry University will require the successful Tenderer to enter into a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with Amendments. Coventry University's design team will not be novated but will remain in a Client Compliance Monitoring role.
