The coded lines/safety boat with suitably qualified and experienced helmsmen is required to collect ship's mooring lines and transport them to mooring points at the Port of Ramsgate. This boat should additionally be prepared to assist with recovery of linesmen/ship crew members/port operatives should they enter the water during mooring/unmooring operations.
