The Herald currently distributes to homes three times a year to more than 130,000 homes as well as six Sandwell Local offices. The first edition of the contract would print and distribute in July 2017. This contract is for a minimum of one and a maximum of four editions per year. The contract beyond year one - 30 June 2018 - is subject to funding so there is no guarantee of business beyond this date.
