The eight identified services include two small in-patient wards; three outpatient units; a school and administrative support services that include a police administration office. The term Community Cluster has been carefully chosen as the relationship of these diverse services and the timing of their availability to move may not always allow the option of inclusion into one shared building structure at the same time. The option of a three phase development that allows future expansion within the context of a harmonious cluster should be considered. ## CPV classification Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/05659748-81f1-4a24-bbfc-db78911afc7f) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
