The scope of the work includes the erection, maintenance and subsequent dismantling of temporary scaffolding as ordered from time to time in accordance with the conditions of Contract. WCHG intends to award the Contract to a total of 2 Successful Bidders, with the work distributed equally. The Successful Bidders shall not be permitted to subcontract the work.
