The tender is being run for two entities to be contracted separately, bundled by a framework agreement so that volumes tradedtogether. It is envisaged that this will comprise a 36-month contract with an option to extend by 12 months once - this option will be at thesole discretion of Wye Valley NHS Trust and Sodexo Limited.
