The maximum capacity is 1200 people. The current fan convector heating system is no longer reliable and requires replacing with Force Flow Fan convectors, associated local pipework and controls require to be upgraded to the appropriate current standards. The new units have been sized as close as possible to the existing to minimize disruption to the surrounding areas.
