The Research Library service enables access to external sources of information required to allow officials to create evidence-based policy and maintain current awareness where they have a business requirement. The contract will incorporate the provision of a tailored and comprehensive media monitoring service, searchable news database, market data and companies information. The contract will have a single operator. The duration of the contract will be in year(s): 1+1+1 – that is a 3 year contract with an optional break clause at the end of each year. The Procurement is being run by Crown Commercial Service on behalf of HM Treasury. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Crown Commercial Service's e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the supplier to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
