The Authority is seeking a service provider to deliver a strategic and proactive on-street patrolling service within the South Bank Area, between Blackfriars Road and Lambeth Bridge. Patrol service will engage closely with the Authority's stakeholders as well as provide a street ambassadorial role to visitors of the South Bank. They will also be required to address key issues regarding illegal street trading, homelessness, street population and anti-social behaviour. The Patrol service will also be required to work closely with the Authority's partners, including the Police and Local Authority enforcement officers.
