This is a service to: - Stream all self-presenting patients arriving at the ED at the Royal Stoke to determine whether they have a need that can be met in a primary care environment; this in turn will aim to reduce demand on ED services; - Provide access for patients with an identified primary care medical need who initially present at ED; - Provide urgent access to a GP during the out of hour's period for patients assessed with a primary care need by the NHS111 service. Commissioners are therefore inviting interested Bidders to an event to be held on Monday 5th December from 1.00pm at Smithfield One Building, Leonard Coates Way, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, ST1 4FA. (Can Bidders please make their way to the third floor of the building and register their arrival at reception; please note that it is not possible to book in at the reception desk located on the ground floor).
