The works are to comprise of the stripping out of services, cleaning of the existing ceiling tiles, cleaning the vinyl flooring and decoration. New data and IP rated power sockets are to be installed together with new gas lines and gas level detection equipment. Waterproof wall boarding is to be installed and some of the original cupboards refitted together with new laboratory grade worktop.
