Subject to securing Round 2 HLF funding, the contract would then be extended to complete development, to include production of detailed designs and specifications, and assist with the production of ITT documents for construction contractors, and to provide pre and post tender advice. The development is to achieve BREEAM excellent standard or better in accordance with the policies of both SCC and UCS.
