## About this tender

The Pirbright Institute is seeking to procure an Employer’s Agent, covering project management and cost management services (in a single appointment), to support the delivery of the design and construction of the Specified Pathogen Free (SPF) Hatchery Facility.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Applicants should note that they are required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement before tender documents will be made available. Although documents are available to download via this tender box, you will require a password to access. This will be provided as soon as the Confidentiality Agreement is signed. The Authority is managing the signing of the Confidentiality Agreement via Adobe Sign (electronic signature). Please provide the names and email addresses of both signatories. Once received, you will firstly receive notification via Adobe Sign for signature.
