The Contract will be divided into 3 Lots : - - Lot 1 – Baltic Arts Centre Property Insurance for Gateshead Council. - Lot 2 – Commercial and Industrial Property Insurance for Gateshead Council. - Lot 3 – Combined Liability and Motor Vehicle Cover for Gateshead Council Suitably qualified Companies are invited to submit responses for 1 or more Lots. Gateshead Council will follow the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for this procurement process.
