The Survey also provided Government with a more profound understanding of the steps businesses are taking to manage cyber-related risk. HMG is now commissioning the next edition of the Survey for 2017 which is intended to run for the next three years so as to provide Government with a robust evidence base of time series data. The 2017 survey will be a key part of the broader evidence base for tracking and refining Government policy on cyber security. The contract is being awarded under the UKSBS Market Research Framework Agreement (Ref.
