The Home Office Border Force will be known hereafter as the Authority. The examination teams at Felixstowe have proposed purchasing a telescopic boom conveyor belt to assist in the physical examination of freight in containers at the port examination facility. There is currently an ongoing local review of examination practices and staffing at Felixstowe, which aims to improve examination standards, increase seizure results and to help meet health and safety requirements. The Invitation to Tender will be issued by close of play on Monday 9th November 2015 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date.
