The purpose of the service is to provide and manage a volunteer visiting/befriending service for families with children in Coventry who are subject to a Child Protection Plan, Child in Need Plan or Common Assessment Framework (CAF) at Level 2 or Level 3. Volunteers will provide practical flexible support to families to help resolve problems, increase the confidence of parents and improve the outcomes for children and young people.
