The service will provide a single point of access to a range of psychosocial, pharmacological and harm reduction interventions with referral on to recovery services and Tier 4 interventions. The key services included in this provision will aim to: ? Create and deliver a fully integrated approach to treatment and recovery in Derbyshire; ? Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm; ? Improve the health, wellbeing and social functioning of service users; ? Provide recovery focussed treatment for those indicating drug or alcohol dependence; ? Equip service users with the tools required to achieve sustained recovery and community integration; ? Deliver an innovative, fair and equitable service, ensuring equality of access for drug and alcohol misusing individuals.
