All properties have been designed to Passivhaus standards. The external walls are to have an external skin of brickwork, the pitched roof will be tiled and windows are timber / aluminium composite. The building is to be fully completed by the main contractor to the point at which a tenant can move in, including all electrical, mechanical, drainage, landscaping and decorative works.
