The organisation is therefore required to look at to reduce costs. The majority of staff in the organisation are scientists, technical and other professional staff and many work across a number of teams and programmes. It is therefore essential to consider the impacts of options on communication and team working. JNCC is an information/data centric organisation and relies heavily on it technical service to deliver its objectives.
