The course must be delivered in a timely manner. The objective of this framework is to provide nationwide coverage enabling attendees to undertake the training in a convenient and cost effective manner. Consortium or partnership bids are welcome, providing the tender shows evidence that all parties have the capacity to work on this project and are available to deliver within the time-frame.
