In order to accommodate this growth in demand, stock has had to be increased by converting a number of single rooms into shared occupancy. FX Plus is looking to further increase its current shared occupancy stock by creating purpose built, shared study bedrooms at the Penryn Campus. As a result, FX Plus will be looking to initiate an OJEU procurement exercise within the next two months in order to source a suitable supplier. Prior to this exercise, FX Plus wishes to engage with the market in order to appraise itself of current furniture solutions. FX Plus is committed to providing a quality, cost effective and durable solution that meets all practical requirements and is inviting willing suppliers to submit information as to how this could be achieved.
