The Meadowbrook and Alt Bridge cohorts can be combined or supported separately but we would envisage the programme to be delivered 1 day per week. The Alt Bridge programme must be delivered on a Thursday of each week. Each cohort has up to 10 learners. The programme is to be delivered as an integral part of the 5 day provision and will form part of the learner's individual learning plan (ILP) and annual person centred review (PCR). The core element of the programme will be Employability Skills, appropriate to the needs of the young people and supporting progression to voluntary work, community placement and appropriate Work Experience, Work Placement and Supported Employment. Some of the young people may not be capable of entering employment independently but with assistance may enter supported employment. There may also be young people for whom the aim is not employment and the priority for this cohort will be about developing skills and personal qualities required for living more independently. ## CPV classification Education and training services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/f4e2684f-adc8-11e6-9901-0019b9f3037b) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
