The successful supplier needs a detailed understanding of the GB Rail industry, calling on multiple skill sets to understand how the rail industry works as a system and the issues involved in managing this as a system. The successful supplier will also be able to present conclusions in a simple and compelling way for different rail stakeholders. The requirement does not involve primary research or stakeholder engagement. Suppliers are invited to a clarification of scope workshop virtual meeting from 09:00-10:00.
