The purpose of the survey is to locate as far as possible the presence and extent of any suspect Asbestos-containing materials (ACM’s) within buildings which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation and to assess the condition of the host. 1.3 Contract Term The Authority is proposing to enter into a contract with an initial duration of two (2) years plus an option to extend by two (2) further period of twelve (12) months with the successful bidder.
