The US meets their element of this requirement through a system known as the US Secret Internet Protocol Router Releasable (SIPR REL). Elements of this system are obsolete and a technical refresh (TR) is necessary due to the age of much of the hardware in order to comply with a US requirement to move from Windows XP to Windows 7. ## CPV classification Software package and information systems Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/efc989e6-adc8-11e6-9901-0019b9f3037b) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
