(A maximum of 5 days installation allowed). The following scope of work is included: • Work with main contractor at Site, English Heritage Contract Manager, to ensure project delivered on time and within budget. • Design shop layout to brief, following English Heritage shop fit out policy • Attend design meetings and installation meetings as required • Visit Site to take final measurements before manufacture – make any other site visits as required • Provide samples of raw materials to be used to manufacture shop fit. A sample and finishes board will be required. • Source and supply raw materials as specified for shop • Manufacture of all counter and units in retail shop, this includes the fitting of any in built directional lighting (LSD light bulbs to be used) • Although no electrical work is required, wall units and counter must have trunking and spur fittings installed ready for connection at Site. • Manufacture off Site and deliver to Site. Note there are restrictions on size of vehicles that can gain access to the site. Maximum height is 3m and width 2.8m.
