The authorities require their existing 2009 traffic model updating to a WebTAG compliant 2016 base year, together with incorporating a new WebTAG compliant public transport element to the model. Subject to satisfactory progress a second stage of work will comprise the provision of traffic modelling services to the authorities. The PQQ is the first stage of the process. PLEASE DO NOT submit the Tender (ITT) with the PQQ. RETURNS - Please submit your return via the In-Tend portal only. DO NOT return any submissions directly to Ben King. When you have completed your submission and are ready to submit your PQQ/tender return, click the Submit Return button on the In-Tend portal.
