The Framework will be open to the Users listed below: Gloucestershire County Council, District Councils, Parish and Town Councils, schools/academies, offices, libraries, day centres, care homes, fire stations and other public buildings within Gloucestershire. The proposed Framework Agreement will be in place for a maximum period of three years, with an option to extend for a further period of one year (3+1).
