Cherwell District Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in providing self-contained units of accommodation within Cherwell District for use in an emergency by households who present as homeless. The units need to be available on a night by night basis and provide furnishings, utilities and other facilities to meet the needs of those who may present in crisis. The Authorities intend to enter into a contract for a period of 1 year from 1st October 2016 with the option, purely at the discretion of the Authorities to extend the contract by up to 4 years on a year by year basis.
