The Contract shall have an initial term of 5 years, with the option to extend by up to 2 further periods, each of 1 year. The Contract may include, but not be limited to: Provision of wide area network services; Ongoing provision and cessation of wide area network circuits; Maintenance services. It is intended that the Contract be flexible to accommodate ODPCC requirements. As technology and public attitude to police contact changes, there is a need to look at value for money in the delivery of wide area network services.
