The instruments will be purchased for the University of Birmingham Sequencing Facility. The instrument must be capable of performing targeted amplicon resequencing using a IFC type system. An additional instrument must be capable of isolation and preparation of single cell based sequencing libraries. ### Specification - An automated instrument capable of isolation, processing and preparation of single cells to undergo library preparation for next generation sequencing. - An automated instrument capable of automated next generation sequencing library preparation of multiple samples for targeted amplicon resequencing.
