The contractor will be required to undertake works such as: · The removal and setting aside of existing timber counters. · Removal/alterations/rebuilding of internal partition walls including making good to suspended ceilings. · Alterations to existing toilets facilities · Creation of a new kitchen facility · Electrical and mechanical services upgrades & alterations · Decorations & floor finishes. The contract will be let to a single contractor for a 3 month period commencing 20th November 2015. The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% price 30% quality. Notification of intent and clarifications to the tender may be submitted up to 12 noon local UK time on Friday 16th October 2015 by email to Sophie Hayward at .
