The main focus of the agency's email campaigns is the publication of the momthly "Drug Safety Update" newsletter through its Advertising Standards and Outreach Unit, part of the agency's Vigilance and Risk Management of Medicines Division. The monthly email newsletter is sent to medicine prescribers and suppliers across the UK, currently numbering approximately 170,000 addressees.
