NWEDR is seeking to commission a suitably qualified person or company to provide feasibility testing and development appraisals for three potential regeneration sites that exist across Wyre Forest District. Under a separate commission, Wyre Forest District Council has appointed RJA architects to produce initial development plans for three sites in the ownership of Wyre Forest. Whilst the initial plans have been developed by the architects, the Council now requires further work and interrogation of the plans. The Council is therefore seeking advice in relation to the feasibility of the proposed development options, a development appraisal for each site and some recommendations as to the financial and risk implications that would be associated with each of the developments. Deadline for submissions to Pro-Contract Due North is 11:00am Wednesday 10th August 2016.
