## About this tender

Central Bedfordshire Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide mechanical works at Sandy Upper School. In general, the works will comprise of the following services:

• Replacement of heat emitters and localised pipework

• Replacement of boiler plant and associated equipment

• Automatic controls and zone valve installation

• Air handling plant

• Associated builders works

### Contract start date: 22/07/2016

Phase 1 Contract end date: 02/09/2016 (heat emitters and associated work)

Phase 2 Contract end date 23/10/2016 (boiler plant and associated work)

### Opt In/ Opt Out
