The All Age Recovery Coordination Service will provide the backbone of the substance misuse treatment system in Essex. This will be a holistic recovery service which will move people out of substance misusing by ensuring that physical, psychological, social and employment needs are met with a planned programme of sequenced activities. Being classified as Health and Social Services, this procurement is being tendered under the Light Touch Regime.
