This is a JCT Intermediate Works contract. All interested contractors should be Constructionline registered and CHAS certified. The Trust will appoint a main building contractor who will be responsible for any subcontractors that they may use. The project will also be carried out under and should conform with the following: 1. CDM Regulations 2. IEE Wirings Regualtions (17th Edition) 3. Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 The above list is not exhaustive.
